Acceo Integration
FastQuery syncs with Acceo to give your team instant access to inventory and product data. This guide walks through setting up the automated SFTP export from your Acceo POS system.
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”Acceo exports two files on a daily schedule via SFTP to FastQuery’s secure server. FastQuery processes them automatically — no manual steps needed after initial setup.
| File | What it contains |
|---|---|
FastQuery_boh.csv | Full inventory snapshot — prices, quantities, descriptions, bins |
FastQuery_full.csv | Product barcode/UPC lookup data |
Both files are needed. The inventory file has everything except barcodes; the UPC file fills in the barcodes so your team can scan products.
Important: Both files should be scheduled to export daily. They can run at different times — FastQuery handles each one independently.
SFTP Connection Details
Section titled “SFTP Connection Details”Configure your Acceo scheduled export with these connection settings. You can find your Username and set your Password on the Integrations page in FastQuery.
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Protocol | SFTP |
| Host | ftp.fastquery.app |
| Port | 49152 |
| Username | (shown on the Integrations page) |
| Password | (set on the Integrations page) |
Tip: This is NOT your FastQuery login password. You set a separate SFTP password specifically for the Acceo export on the Integrations page.
Setting Your SFTP Password
Section titled “Setting Your SFTP Password”- Log into FastQuery and go to Settings > Integrations.
- Find Acceo in the list of providers and click it.
- Enter a new SFTP password and save.
- Use this password when configuring the export in Acceo.
Facility ID Setup
Section titled “Facility ID Setup”Each facility in FastQuery must have its Facility ID set to match your Acceo store number. You can find your store number on line 1 of either export file — it looks like storeID57552, where 57552 is the store number.
When adding a facility, enter the Acceo store number as the Facility ID. For example, if your export files start with storeID57552, set the Facility ID to 57552.
Important: If the Facility ID doesn’t match the store number in the export files, FastQuery won’t be able to process the uploads.
Configuring the Acceo Export
Section titled “Configuring the Acceo Export”Set up two scheduled exports in your Acceo system:
Export 1: Inventory (BOH)
Section titled “Export 1: Inventory (BOH)”This is your daily full inventory snapshot.
- Report type: BOH / Balance On Hand
- Filename:
FastQuery_boh.csv - Schedule: Once daily (e.g., after close of business)
- Destination: SFTP using the connection details above
Export 2: UPC Lookup
Section titled “Export 2: UPC Lookup”This provides barcode data for all your products.
- Report type: Full inventory with aliases
- Filename:
FastQuery_full.csv - Schedule: Once daily (can run at a different time than the BOH export)
- Destination: SFTP using the same connection details
Tip: We recommend scheduling both exports to run overnight so your team starts each day with fresh data.
What Data Gets Synced
Section titled “What Data Gets Synced”Once connected, FastQuery automatically imports product details, pricing, stock levels, barcodes, aisle/bin codes, reorder information, and discontinued status from your Acceo exports.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Files are not appearing in FastQuery
Section titled “Files are not appearing in FastQuery”- Verify the SFTP connection details are correct — especially the port (
49152). - Confirm the SFTP password matches what you set on the Integrations page.
- Check that the Acceo scheduler is running and the export completed successfully.
- Make sure the filenames contain
bohandfullrespectively — FastQuery uses the filename to determine the file type.
Barcodes are missing for some products
Section titled “Barcodes are missing for some products”The UPC file (FastQuery_full.csv) must be uploaded at least once before barcodes appear. If some products still show no barcode, they may not have UPC aliases configured in Acceo.
Inventory quantities seem outdated
Section titled “Inventory quantities seem outdated”The integration updates once daily. Quantities reflect the last export, not real-time stock levels. If the BOH export hasn’t run recently, the data may be stale.
Quick Checklist
Section titled “Quick Checklist”- SFTP password set on the FastQuery Integrations page
- Facility ID set to Acceo store number for each facility
- BOH export configured with filename
FastQuery_boh.csv - UPC export configured with filename
FastQuery_full.csv - Both exports pointed to
ftp.fastquery.appport49152 - Both exports scheduled to run daily
- First export completed — check the Integrations page for sync events
