Image Recognition
Sometimes the fastest way to find a product is to show the AI a picture of it. Just snap a photo and ask.
How to Share an Image
Section titled “How to Share an Image”On Mobile
Section titled “On Mobile”- Tap the camera button in the chat input area.
- Take a photo or choose one from your gallery.
- Add a question if you’d like (e.g., “What is this?” or “Do we carry this?”).
- Send your message.
On Web
Section titled “On Web”- Click the attachment button in the chat input area.
- Upload an image from your computer.
- Add your question and send.
What the AI Can Do with Images
Section titled “What the AI Can Do with Images”- Identify products — Show it a photo and ask “What is this?” The AI will do its best to recognize the item.
- Read labels and packaging — The AI can read text on labels, boxes, and tags to help identify products.
- Find matching inventory — After identifying a product, the AI can search your store’s inventory for the same or similar items.
- Analyze shelf photos — Take a picture of a shelf section and ask about what’s there.
When This Comes in Handy
Section titled “When This Comes in Handy”- A customer brings in an old part and wants to find a replacement.
- You need to identify an unfamiliar item or check its pricing and stock.
Multiple Images
Section titled “Multiple Images”You can attach more than one image to a single message — useful for showing different angles or comparing two items side by side.
