Tracula Integration

Tracula is a weekly, store-level cycle-count recommendation engine for Epicor Eagle. Every Sunday night it scores each SKU on the likelihood it needs a count, assigns a per-store ranking value, and outputs count sheets. Higher rank means higher priority. The goal is full annual coverage of SKUs, with high-turn and high-value items resurfacing more often.

  1. Add the Tracula Rank column to your daily FastQuery exports (see Eagle Integration). The daily exports are processed every night, so you can continue the next day.
  2. Log into the FastQuery mobile app as admin.
  3. Go to Preferences > Integrations > Tracula.
  4. If everything is working, you’ll see a green check mark indicating that the integration is active.

Once active, a new Tracula counting task is created automatically every Monday for each connected store, titled 🧛🏼‍♂️ Tracula Counts - {date}. You’ll find it in Todo > New.

Each task contains that store’s highest-ranked SKUs — up to 800 items, ordered by the store’s own Tracula ranking. Items that were physically counted within the last 8 days are left out (the task description notes how many were skipped), so your team doesn’t re-count what was just counted. Tracula tasks are blind counts: no expected quantity is shown while counting.

The integration keeps at most 3 active Tracula tasks per store. When a new weekly task would exceed that, the oldest unfinished Tracula tasks are closed automatically to make room — each closed task gets an activity-log entry explaining why. If you want full coverage, finish or finalize tasks before Monday rather than letting the backlog age out.

If a store has no ranked items at all — usually meaning the Tracula Rank column is missing from its export — the integration switches that store off and the setup screen will show it as not configured. Fix the export and re-enable the store.

When a task is created, the store’s assigned managers receive an email, and org admins get a summary covering all stores.

Tracula populates ranks on Sunday night. Make sure your Sunday night export for FastQuery is scheduled after Tracula finishes — otherwise FastQuery won’t pick up the latest rankings.
