Billing

FastQuery uses simple, tiered pricing based on your store size. You can manage everything about your subscription from the Billing page in the web app (admin access required).

Each store location is billed separately based on its tier:

Your tier is determined by your inventory size and user count. As your store grows, your pricing adjusts automatically to the appropriate tier — no need to manually upgrade.

  • Each store location in your organization is billed individually based on its size.
  • Warehouse and virtual locations are not billed separately.
  • Your total monthly bill is the sum of all your store location tiers.

New organizations get a 30-day free trial to explore FastQuery with no commitment. You’ll have full access to all features during the trial so you can see how it works for your team before you’re charged.

On the Billing page, you can:

  • View your current plan — see which tier each location is on
  • Update payment methods — add or change your credit card
  • View payment history — review past invoices and charges
  • Monitor upcoming charges — see what your next bill will look like

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on FastQuery servers — it’s handled entirely by Stripe’s industry-leading security infrastructure.
