Acceo TransAct Integration
FastQuery syncs with Acceo TransAct to give your team instant access to inventory and product data. FastQuery is an official Acceo integration partner — the export is set up together with Acceo, and this guide covers the few things you configure on the FastQuery side.
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”Acceo TransAct exports inventory files via SFTP to FastQuery’s secure server — either one file per store or one combined file covering several stores; FastQuery routes each row to the right store automatically. Uploads are processed automatically — no manual steps needed after initial setup.
| Export | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Full inventory | Complete snapshot — prices, quantities, descriptions, barcodes, bin locations, and more |
| Inventory updates | Smaller, frequent files that keep the data current throughout the day |
The full export is your nightly baseline; the smaller update files keep the data fresh during business hours. An update file with no changes simply tells FastQuery your feed is alive — that’s normal, not an error.
Tip: We recommend scheduling the full export to run overnight so your team starts each day with fresh data.
SFTP Connection Details
Section titled “SFTP Connection Details”The export is configured with these connection settings. FastQuery creates the Username and Password for you on the Integrations page.
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Protocol | SFTP |
| Host | ftp.fastquery.app |
| Port | 49152 |
| Username | (shown on the Integrations page) |
| Password | (created on the Integrations page) |
Tip: This is NOT your FastQuery login password. FastQuery issues a separate SFTP password for the Acceo TransAct export on the Integrations page.
Your SFTP Password
Section titled “Your SFTP Password”FastQuery creates this password for you. You do not choose one.
- Log into FastQuery and go to Settings > Integrations.
- Find Acceo TransAct in the list of providers and click it.
- Click Create SFTP credentials. FastQuery shows your username and password.
- Copy the password into your Acceo TransAct export configuration.
Come back to this page at any time and click Reveal password to read it again.
If your password was set before FastQuery issued them
Section titled “If your password was set before FastQuery issued them”FastQuery cannot show a password that you chose yourself in the past. We kept only a one-way check of it, never the password. Your export keeps working, so there is nothing to fix.
To get a password you can read back, click Create new password. The old password stops working immediately, so update your Acceo TransAct export at the same time.
Facility ID Setup
Section titled “Facility ID Setup”Each row of the TransAct export carries a store ID (for example, store01) that tells FastQuery which store the file belongs to. Each facility in FastQuery must have its Facility ID set to that same value.
When adding a facility, enter the store ID from your TransAct export as the Facility ID. If you’re not sure what your store IDs are, Acceo support can tell you the value configured for each store’s export.
Important: If a facility’s Facility ID doesn’t match the store ID in the export, FastQuery can’t route that store’s rows — they are skipped, and the upload shows a warning on the Integrations page naming the unmatched store IDs.
What Data Gets Synced
Section titled “What Data Gets Synced”Once connected, FastQuery automatically imports product descriptions, pricing, cost, stock levels, barcodes (UPC codes), aisle/bin locations, departments, manufacturer names and part numbers, vendor information, minimum/maximum stock levels, and 12-month sales history from your Acceo TransAct export.
Count Adjustment Files
Section titled “Count Adjustment Files”When your team finalizes a counting task in FastQuery, the report email includes an adjustment file (CSV) listing each SKU with its newly counted quantity and bin location, so you can import the corrections into Acceo TransAct instead of typing them in one by one.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Files are not appearing in FastQuery
Section titled “Files are not appearing in FastQuery”- Verify the SFTP connection details are correct — especially the port (
49152). - Confirm the SFTP password matches the one on the Integrations page.
- Check that the Acceo export ran and completed successfully.
- Check the Integrations page for recent sync events and error messages.
Barcodes are missing for some products
Section titled “Barcodes are missing for some products”Products without a valid UPC code in Acceo TransAct still sync — they’re just matched by description instead of by barcode. If a barcode you expect is missing, check that the product’s UPC is entered correctly in Acceo TransAct.
Inventory quantities seem outdated
Section titled “Inventory quantities seem outdated”Quantities reflect the last export received. If the full export hasn’t run recently, or the update files have stopped arriving, the data may be stale — check the Integrations page for recent sync events.
Quick Checklist
Section titled “Quick Checklist”- SFTP credentials created on the FastQuery Integrations page
- Facility ID set to the TransAct store ID for each facility
- Daily full export configured with Acceo, pointed to
ftp.fastquery.appport49152 - Inventory update export configured for throughout the day (optional but recommended)
- First export completed — check the Integrations page for sync events
